Acceptance of Terms

By accessing hso.connectionscuracao.net and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products

HSO sells quality second-hand phones. All phones are tested and graded before listing. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible, but minor cosmetic variations may occur due to the second-hand nature of the products.

Pricing

All prices are listed in XCG (ANG — Netherlands Antillean Guilder). Prices are final at checkout and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown separately during checkout.

Payment

We accept payments via Sentoo (local bank payments) and Paddle (online card payments). When you initiate a payment, the phone is temporarily reserved for you. If payment is not completed, the reservation expires and the phone becomes available again.

30-Day Warranty

All phones come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any issue with your phone within this period, Connections Curaçao will, at its discretion, replace the phone, repair the phone, or provide store credit. To claim warranty, contact us with your order details.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage, or unauthorized repairs performed after purchase.

Orders & Fulfillment

Orders can be picked up at our store or delivered to your address in Curaçao. Delivery fees apply for home delivery. You will receive order confirmation and updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Limitation of Liability

Connections Curaçao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Curaçao.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
